Russia could spend their money and put a lot of efforts to improve their country. But no, let’s spend everything and only work to *ruin* other countries.

Russia is a terrorist state.

This is logical. If Finland becomes a member of NATO, the number of troops will be increased near the border with it. Which need to be hosted somewhere.
That’s why new houses and warehouses are being built.
 As I’ve read, Finland is also building military infrastructure near the border with Russia.
