I liked the “Gold” tier too. Especially for the travel insurance for whole family and the car assistance…
Didn’t switch bank, because I have mortgage with KB and I have to have their account… Once my mortgage fixation ends, I’ll maybe switch if I get better deal somewhere else…
The mortgage interest rate they offered me was the best at the time though… I have 1,89% fixed for 10 years (now only 6).

Banks are like the easiest thing to ditch and get a new one. Literally takes 10 minutes. Switch and if you do not like the new one, switch again.
