Who are the crazy people still buying Boeings in 2025?

    2. HistoryJust5266 on

It’s almost as if people didn’t like planes that randomly explode when taking off, or start disassembling mid-flight 😀

      boeing bankruptcy soon (god willing)

edit: just realised boeing are gonna be making the US next gen fighter, they ain’t gonna go bankrupt

Well, that’s a success story we can be proud of, as Europeans. For sure, a huge source of inspiration for what we can achieve when we do it right, in a mature and smart way.

I hope they’re able to open new production lines to absorb more orders.

Let’s keep in mind competition is always good so, despite the struggles Boeing has been having for the past years, we can only hope that it gets back up to speed with decent quality. But, yeah, would be nice that Airbus remains on top, at least for the civil aviation.

The fair is far from being over. I guess we’re possibly expecting more orders, right, despite the fact it’s not a good year?

    5. can you still order the 380?
what was the range and capacity of the 380? and what plane comes near it?

Why the fuck is ANA buying more 787s do they want a disaster on their hands

Time for Airbus to capitalise on the current corruption and incompetence at Boeing and send them into bankruptcy

    8. that’s what happens when an engineering company is run purely by stock people

I’m so glad Qantas ordered a whole bunch of Airbus like 10 years ago and they’re starting to arrive now. All the new ones are airbus and the old Boeings before they became shit

That’s 45 Boeing too much. But being Japanese, the ANA guys are weird like that…

    11. YannAlmostright on

What is concerning is that in the long run it will leave room for COMAC. Airbus will be too busy to accept more orders

Japan… still the greatest ally of the greatest country in the world.

Boeing need to get rid of the McDonnell Douglas execs they lumbered themselves with after the merger

Quality control and pride in your product went out of the window

Now matter how low the price, any respectable airline should be buying airbus instead

    14. Much_Educator8883 on

I find it strange that when I fly Air France, I am almost always on Boeings.

The better product wins. And Airbus is better by any metric. And with the TACO in charge, I would order from a more reliable source too.

    16. It seems to be a pretty good indicator of where people around the world place their trust.
