If you open the drop down menu, you will be given a number of numbers as options. One of these will match the first few digits of your phone number. Typically it will be the “0” and three or four more digits. The “area” code used to be the code signifying your network operator, but since for many years now phone numbers can be freely ported among the carriers, it has mostly lost that function.

why don’t you open that combobox and see the options? it clearly has an arrow that tells you that you can open it?

It’s the area code of your mobile phone number….
Say your number is 0151 2883 2222 then your area code is 0151 and the rest goes into the other section.
