Come posso sbarazzarmi di queste macchie? Ho già usato il vetro reiniger e un cattivo reiniger. Inoltre ho usato sapone e detergente normale. Ma le macchie vanno via.
It is likely burnt-in minerals. You need acid to dissolve it. So citric acid or vinegar acid. Let it soak for a bit and try again. There’s also razor blade scrapers you can use.

I would try a “magic eraser” melamine foam

If they are stains, get a „Ceranfeldschaber“ and scrape it up. If they are scratches, you’re done.
Baking soda if one of the special cleaners doesn’t work. Mix with some water, leave on for a bit – 30mins or so. Don’t do anything that will scratch the glass. Google it.

Yes you need to get the pink stuff and a non abrasive scratcher

Stainless steel razor scraper or just wire brush. Glass is harder than stainless steel so it’s physically impossible to scratch it.

Tooth paste could probably help

Ceramic cook top cleaner is the best way to clean it. Technically, it’s the only recommended way to do it.
