I’m not joking; people need to be fired for this. How the hell can they enter a base, damage the planes and then escape without detection? How embarrassing; they could have planted anything on those planes.

    2. This is the type of thing the SAS got a BBC series for doing in WW2.

    3. Dazzling_Whereas_183 on

Utterly insane where we are as a country where people proudly video their treason.

We need to bring back early 1900’s treason laws for this.

    4. VideoNo82 on

Those on security duty will be getting a right bollocking in the morning.

    5. Unlucky-Jello-5660 on

Some RAF base security needs firing and these traitors need to be thrown in prison.

    6. aleopardstail on

now consider if these clowns can do it, so could people intent on much more significant destruction

    7. Equivalent_Ferret463 on

Fuck these stupid activist pricks. Sieze all their assets and make them pay. Charge everyone that supports this on twitter with terrorism and throw them in detention centres.

    8. xylophileuk on

RAF regiment raf police are in for a world of hurt this morning

    9. Univeralise on

So treason? Damaging our national defenses, sounds like treason.

The book needs to be thrown at them and also investigation on how the fuck they managed to get in there.

    10. WildOne19923 on

How smooth brained are these activists. Carrying out treason against their own country, right at a time when these planes may be required to save UK lives

    11. quarky_uk on

I am guessing I won’t need to click on the link to know the type of activists. 🤦‍♂️

Isn’t breaking into a military installation and damaging military equipment on behalf of or in support of an enemy of the United Kingdom and his majesty’s government treason?

The attack on the weapon factory in the UK involving a stolen prison van which led to the “activists” then hitting a guard with a sledgehammer should have led to Palestinian Action being declared a terrorist group, if the group isn’t proscribed after this then why the hell are we still proscribing Wagner

    14. D_woodygood on

I would have expected these activists to have been shot dead doing something like this. Even at a regular airport, I would have expected security to have been instructed to use deadly force.

They are either stupid or have balls the size of a water melons. Lucky either way

    15. FuzzBuket on

I know everyone gets their rocks off slagging protesters, but if the UK is an active participant in a Middle East war without parliamentry consent and tries to keep it hidden from the public, then that’s pretty bad, and using non violent protest to get it into the public eye is a net good.

There’s been 2 years of marches and the media coverage of that hasn’t left your general public in any way shape or form wiser about the UK’s involvement.

And our involvement has enabled it to get this bad. Our military support has emboldened Israel to the point it’s seizing land in Syria and Lebanon, and how do we expect them to take our condemnation of starvation as a weapon of war when we still give them raf support.

    16. I think those shouting about treason are massively missing the point

    17. That’s going to cost tens of millions to fix, they will probably have to replace the engines. That is not activist action, that is a full blown act of treason/ terrorism. Where was MI5? Where was RAF security? People need to answer for this.

    18. Doesn’t this automatically upgrade Palestine Action to a terrorist organisation?

    19. Cholas71 on

Extremely fortunate as I believe lethal force is permitted on military bases. Could have been a disaster.

    20. Codydoc4 on

This raises serious concerns about the security provisions around Brize Norton, two people were able to get in and damage military equipment. That is not a good look.

Hopefully the two criminals get a severe punishments, we need to make an example out of these two clowns.

    21. BobBobBobBobBobDave on

Someone in RAF security is going to have a shit rest of the week.

    22. Weird-Statistician on

I assume these clowns will now be designated as a terrorist organisation?

    23. ThermoWizz on

I live locally to Brize RAF Base, while driving past, ive always thought to myself “looks really easy to break into there”

    24. Someone care to explain how they entered a military base and weren’t shot on sight?

    25. Far_Leg6463 on

This is embarrassing for the RAF – activists are hardly special forces or skilled in espionage.

    26. Due-Resort-2699 on

Ukrainian intelligence services were able to infiltrate Russian airbases and blow up planes . We are extremely lucky these guys are not Russian spies or something because sneaking into an airbase and blowing up aircraft is absolutely something that’s possible.

    27. Carelink41 on

How did they get to do all that damage without intervention????? They should be embarrassed

    28. Leftleaningdadbod on

RAF Regiment? Where were you a? Or was this one of the Tories’ best ideas? Group 4.

    29. Huffers1010 on

A very long time ago, I scouted an RAF station as a filming location.

I rocked up at the gate, was not searched, and twenty minutes later was sitting in the cockpit of a Tornado.

      It wasn’t very convincing.

    30. RootingandShooting on

Whoever done it knew that the RAF Regiment were having a retreat at 5 Star Hotel and Spa.

    31. Dodgy_Bob_McMayday on

Have the people in charge of security learned nothing from what Ukraine just did to Russia’s bomber fleet?

    32. NewtRider on

      A) Improve security
      B) Jail them
      C) Make them pay for the FULL cost to repair it.

    33. TinitusTheRed on

Jesus we’ve got no fucking chance if anyone wants to try an Operation Spiderweb on us..

      Or Operation spiderweb light.

Where were the MOD plod? Where were the RAF regiment? We are being told all the time we are effectively at war with Russia and some pro-Palestine protestors managed to scoot up to millions of pounds of military assets on an RAF base and damage them.

Time to name the group as a terrorist organisation and start rounding them up. Peaceful legitimate protest this is not. Throw the fucking book at them.

    34. kettle_of_f1sh on

These brainwashed delinquents are protesting about conflict, yet they’re damaging property?? I hope they realise these aircraft are used for humanitarian missions as well.

    35. ProfitCircle on

The UK is cooked. The Free Palestine movement is foreign subversion.

    36. fitzgoldy on

Time for Palestine Action to be placed on the proscribed terror group list.

    37. fattoad349 on

Find who done this and throw these treasonous cunts in jail for the rest of their lives

    38. WalkingCloud on

Some proper unhinged comments in here, struggling with the heatwave fellas?

    39. Masta-Pasta on
