      Romania has been building plenty of trains locally

      From Electropuetere Craiova during the Communist period building locomotives for Romania, some European countries and the UK, to now Softronic having orders from all around Europe;

      Is this for CFR or a private railway? I’ve heard reasonably good things about Astra Trans Carpatic, I thought they used new trains.
