So, just to get this clear, Ukraine have carried out actions on Ukrainian territory to remove hostile devices left by non-Ukrainian bad actors?

Seems perfectly legal and logical to me, not sure why citizens of another country feel there’s a problem. Hoping the bases will be strategically demolished next.
