This news comes after Bahruzes continued imprisonment since August 2024. He is trying to prove his innocence while prosecution is seeking 16 years prison term for him)

And personally I wish it was all better. I don’t have much connection to Azerbaijan, except for knowing Bahruz from his stay in Prague, but all these news of activists/journalist imprisonments seem very dire.
