grazie in anticipo

You did not pay any taxes as you earned below Grundfreibetrag which is the minimum amount of money you have to earn to even pay taxes.
Short: you did not pay pay income taxes, so there is nothing that can be deducted from.
It says that you didn’t pay and tax, what return did you expect?
you did not pay any income tax throughout the year and your salary is low enough to be completely in the first tax bracket with 0% income tax. hence you don’t have to pay any taxes either.
For getting a tax refund you need to pay taxes in the first place. You didn’t.
You did not pay taxes, so your tax return is 0€.
You don’t have to pay any taxes on your income and in 2024 there were no taxes deduced from your income. Therefore there is nothing to be refunded.
You don’t pay taxes – no taxes can be refunded.
Explanation: As you earned as a student worker, you’re only taxed a flat sum and are not required to pay other deductions. So, this is what your Einkommensteuerbescheid will look like for the time being, as long as you mind the hourly and working day limits.
And seriously: Check those regularly. A former colleague of mine was working as a student worker and caved to ‘helping out a bit’. The end result: Just scratching the barrier and then bein responsible for backpaying all taxes and deductions. Left him with 1.5 months of no pay, as they took it directly from his paycheck.
If you earned more you may have been requiered to pay tax in 2023 and were able to get some of it back, according from this, you didn’t pay tax in 2024. You can’t get anything back from nothing
You do not get a tax refund, because you did not pay taxes at all.
Tax refund in Germany means that the Tax Office calculates how many taxes you have to pay for a year, subtracts the ammount that you have already payed by payroll tax or other prepayments and the collects or refunds the difference.
The line “Festgesetzt werden” means “Your tax is calculated at…” Zero, which means that you do not have to pay taxes in that year, because your income is below the tax threshold.
The line “Bereits getilgt” means “You have already payed…” Zero. Which means you have payed no paroll tax and no advance payments.
So: You do not have to pay taxes for that year, you did not make any prepayments in that year, so you neither have to make any final payments or will receive refunds.
