Everyone is going to say drone but I kind of like the idea of putting a device with a timed fuse inside a hollowed out pallet block and it later sets the pallet on fire. Then you just paint the entire pallet in blue paint and drop it on any random street in the area. So you place the Trojan Horse and they themselves bring it inside Troy by putting it on the pallet stack themselves. Then it sets the whole thing on fire early, much to the surprise of everyone.
