This is good but it needs to be immediate not by 2027
So the plan to fix the problem of high energy bills is to use a tax on everyone’s energy to pay for a subsidy for a select few. Seems like a bit of a circle tbh.
So this was obviously before Iran declared they are shutting the straights of Hormuz
Energy suppliers are sucking the life out of our country and this is the best we can do?
Great to see. How were we ever going to compete with out these policies when nations like Germany have been massively subsidising their industrial energy prices for a very long time.
good news at last! I will enjoy seeing 25% reduction in my next energy bill. It should be 75% ideally but a start is a start.
