      Remember kids:

When you launch a coup, there is no offramp. You either take power, get killed while doing so or get killed 2 months later in your airplane after trusting the Potator.

“Never strike at a king unless you are sure you shall kill him.” – Ralph Waldo Emerson.

From the moment Piggy set off there was no way back. He would either be king or dead.

History making and breaking, all at the hands of the few. It’s a crazy world.

      “SHOIGUUUUUUU, GIERASIMOVVVVV”

Two years ago we were on the brink of witnessing a true coup d’etat in russia… if only he didn’t chicken out.

It wasn’t a coup, it was a soft test to sniff out the traitors and spies.

Even the leader of Wagner said he wasn’t against Putin but his advisors. Everything was put online even their route. It was all a big show to see which Russians might join.

Then slowly he was accidentally shot down (probably faked his death) and the traitors who followed were all hanged or sent to the front lines.

A real coup would send alarm bells to every intelligence org in the world. China would be salivating at having a chance of taking russias territory.

But the world didn’t react because they knew it was a ploy.

I was doing mandatory service in the Russian army that day. I remember our company going to bed that evening and wondering if we’d be sent to fight in a new civil war. Fun times.

Most disappointing ending since that of game of thrones

The day one of the then ruling families in the Russian mob government got unruly. It really was a popcorn moment.

This had so much more entertainment value than the normal ‘fell out of window’ or ‘shot himself five times in the back’ eliminations that still happen all the time.

To think they almost handed Ukraine the W. Maybe in an alternate timeline. Oh well…

You should’ve finished what you start.

Stopping the rebellion and believing the lies was just a suicide and he learnt in the hard way.

You know how wild these last two years have been, I completely forgot about this whole thing and it’s such a wild story.

was a wild day to go to work/Federal Volunteer work.

We had a TV in the communal room and that whole plot seemed so surreal.
And then it was abruptly over and everything was like it never happened (minus some ‘accidents’)
