Not saying he shouldn’t be deported, because he should, but this is essentially the Mail trying to drum up vigilantes.
Man the Mail really throwing in the buzzwords here to tell us all how to feel eh?
In this case, it’s wasted. We all think he’s a hateful cunt.
He’s not found a legal loophole, his appeal against deportation failed, he’s destroyed his passport to try and claim statelessness (and failed at that too) but Pakistan won’t accept him without valid travel documents.
If the presence of valid travel documents is the only hurdle, a diplomatic solution can surely be agreed with Pakistan (and should have been attempted in 2018 when it happened – the foreign secretaries in 2018 were Phillip Hammond and Boris Johnson, the High Commissioner to Pakistan was Sir Thomas Drew)?
