And when it loses power, one of the tankers can tow it.

This is a nothingburger : they’re banned from calling at UK ports, not from sailing through the Channel.

Not much of a “shadow” fleet any more, isn’t it?

Ukrainian special forces should go on vacation to England.
You know, just like russian soldiers went on vacation in Crimea. They might accidently destroy some ships.

That’s fine, as long as they don’t stray aside, nor stop in the international channel.

The tankers that were of interest to NATO/EU/Interpol had left the international sea channel between Sweden and Estonia and Sweden and Denmark, or stopped for no apparent reason.

Since these ships are still without flags, they can still be intercepted by any national navy once in international waters.

These ships are suspected of conducting underwater sabotage of pipelines and internet cables, transporting illegal goods (maybe even nuclear weapons), and / or people.

Japan should just announce that they’ll send some torpedo boats through the channel.
