Unlike Deirenasyl who don’t take in exotic pets, they take exotic animals like Parrots in, do a vet check up and try to find the owner. And if the owner doesn’t reclaim the bird, they’re set up for adoption.

As well from what I can see, the Bird is in a bad shape, lost his tail feathers (surely dropped them from fear) and his wings are droopy! He really needs a vet check up so else bring it to Dr Manderscheid in Mondorf or if you can’t afford it (or don’t want to spent money) bring it asap to Dudelange.

As well noticed that his wings are trimmed, so he couldn’t fly that far away from your neighbourhood, he might belong to one of your neighbours (I don’t know if it’s legal or not to trim parrot wings in Luxembourg but many avian vet discourage this since it can affect the birds psychological well being)
