Sto davvero suscitando per alcuni consigli. C’è una casa pubblicizzata su HomeGate.CH e Hasler e partner. Io e il mio ragazzo adoriamo davvero la casa, è dietro l’angolo dai nostri buoni amici e vorremmo fare un’offerta. L’agente non ci consentirebbe di vederlo perché ci sono inquilini e dice che sta organizzando solo 20 slot di osservazione. I nostri amici hanno avuto uno slot ma avevano appena comprato una casa, quindi gli hanno chiesto molto bene di darci il loro slot, ma lo ha rifiutato. Ho quindi richiesto informazioni sulla casa (i normali documenti) e le ha anche rifiutato. Poi ha anche scritto via e -mail "Ti suggerisco di guardare altre proprietà" – Quindi ci sta scoraggiando attivamente dall’ingresso nel processo. Temo che se facessimo un’offerta non lo manderebbe nemmeno ai proprietari di casa perché è molto scortese e forse ha qualche altro problema per qualche motivo. Non riesco a vedere nessun altro motivo per cui scoraggerebbe attivamente un potenziale acquirente in quanto questo è in realtà completamente contro gli interessi del suo cliente ora. È successo a qualcuno? C’è un modo per assicurarsi che se lo facciamo che sia visto dai proprietari. Possiamo contattare direttamente i proprietari?

Personally, I’d would not like to buy a house from any person who’d treat me like this, but it’s your choice.
If you really think there is no valid reason the agent is not interested in you, make the owner an offer they can’t refuse (I mean an high offer, not the dead horse head in bed, kinda).
But again, my gut would tell me to move on.
Yeah, definitely try to find the owners directly and offer them a good offer. The agent usually gets a cut and can forget his cut in case of a failed sale from their side.
Ask the tenants politely for the owners contact
Is there anything non-mainstream about you? Queer, POC, Immigrant, foreign names, anything like that?
Maybe the house is already sold and they have to keep the listing up for a certain time for some reason.
Maybe he thinks he can sell the house with 19 showings (he probably can), maybe he is an ass.
The “I suggest you look at other properties” line suggests the latter, to me. A thinly veiled “we don’t want you here”
It sounds like he is bidding himself and wants to control the price, try to contact the home owners directly and just mention your offer they might be surprised to find it much higher than what the agent reported as incoming bids.
