Imagine talking someone from Kinshasa or Mogadishu and trying to explain to them that you think Connecticut or Maryland is the same safety risk as visiting their city lol. Yall are insane

There are only 3 european countries at level 4
1. Russia
2. Belarus
3. Ukraine
The rest of the European countries are at level 2 which means “exercise increased caution”
