Since 2023, she has been the head of the Change Support Office of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine. This advisory body forms project teams, develops and advocates for regulatory frameworks, and integrates changes into the defense system.
The first task of the Ministry of Defense’s Change Support Office was the launch of the procurement agency State Logistics Operator. The preparation and advocacy of this reform lasted 10 months. In its first year of operation, the State Logistics Operator saved the state budget 16.3 billion UAH on the procurement of clothing, equipment, fuel and lubricants, and food for the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
