Qual è il punto di avere anche un contratto scritto se questo è dentro? So che questo è solo qualcosa per coprirsi il culo quando hanno bisogno di qualcosa, ma non posso essere l’unico che lo vede sciummante?

Yes quite common in Malta. Bascially you have to do what the employer tells you to do irreverent what is written in the job description. In some countries it’s actually illegal.
Not scummy at all. As an employee you are subject to the rules and policies of the company and the company may change and update its business policies as it deems fit, as long as it does not fundamentally change your conditions of employment (ie hours, compensation)
Basically you can he assigned to bathroom cleaning activities.
