He gets a monthly payment for “loaning” russia North Koreans; he also eases the food scarcity issues.
*For every 12,000 NK soldiers that leave North Korea; that’s 12,000 fewer mouths to feed.
There’s also the exchange of rocket technology, ICBMs, MIRVs, etc…. so more like a Win-Win-Win.
