      What a great Idea..
      In France we have already that… but you can enforce it only if you are a public person (and rich) .

      This seems like the logical evolution of the “right to one’s own image”, like Germany has as part of their art copyright and privacy laws since the early 20th century.

      What about people who just happen to be doppelgangers?

      What about doppelgangers of stars who license *their* features to a potential AI generator? No copyright infringement if deep fakes are generated based on *their* likeliness.

      What a stupid, unenforcable idea.
