Ciao a tutti! Sto cercando un po ‘di aiuto per identificare un pezzo vintage Seppälä.
All’inizio, non ero sicuro che fosse davvero seppälä: l’etichetta principale mi ha confuso. Dice: "Linea del Pacifico meridionale di Impazzivo" Prodotto da Seppälä.
Quindi, il cardigan è stato realizzato in Portogallo, ma se non sbaglio, sia “Prodotto Da” che il nome “Impazzivo” suonano più italiani che portoghesi.
Ho trovato alcune menzioni online che Seppälä aveva effettivamente una linea di abbigliamento chiamata Impazzivo negli anni ’80. Ma sono ancora curioso della geografia di produzione. Qualcuno ha qualche informazione sul fatto che Seppälä avesse una produzione di abbigliamento in Portogallo ad un certo punto?
Se qualcuno ha intuizioni e si sente come trascorrere il loro prezioso tempo su questo argomento, lo apprezzerei davvero! 😁💕

I have no idea, but it would not surprise me, as Portugal is a pretty big producer of clothing in Europe.
It’s 100% acrylic so it can’t be that old. I think before late 90s clothes weren’t that crappy, they were mostly wool/cotton/linen.
But on the other hand, I can’t remember that inhouse brand. My guess, this is from the 80s. And seems like a more mature “madame line” rather than a teen brand. Italy was very cool in the late 80s, hence the italian sounding brand 🙂
Portugal was a common production country before everything went ultra cheap in Southeast Asia in late 90s.

It’s just branding and building certain image. Marketing product with Italian vibes to gain points among wannabe fashionistas, yet selling a cheap product out of crap in Portugal. Typical story. Could be from 90s at earliest.
