Was kinda rooting for them because they were in a bit of an iffy spot over the last few years. But you always wanna see a British based company keep its head above water. But moving the UK based production to the US would be a massive slap in the face. Another iconic British sportscar brand becoming an absolute shadow.

Ah dude this is going to look so great in our carbon footprint audit! We should continue to chase away our industry and the rest of the world will look to us as a beacon of environmental responsibility!

Brexiteers are going to be so confused, they LOVE Trump. Yet here he is taking jobs from the UK, to the USA.

This MIGHT make Trump look good (in a small victories way) , but when it costs UK jobs Brexiteers are going to be confused.

TIL that Lotus still existed. Remember people liking the Lotus Elise as kids, but that was 25 years ago.

Come on everyone. You know the gig.

Blame the past 14 years. You know you’re foaming for it.

Or look at costs of production in this country. Something your deity Lord Almighty Starmer has done fuck all about.

    6. It wasn’t long ago they received a £10.44 million grant from the government to support 300 new jobs. They should pay this back if they want to move production.

Given US tariffs I don’t see how this makes sense from a business point of view?

If we can bail banks out we can bail car companies out.

Buy the company, secure the jobs and you can have a historical car company kept in the UK.

I’m not a financial analyst though so I might just be a dumbass
