Afaik e-commerce for these products is not allowed since 1st of July. So no good option.
From 1st of July, online sales of nicotine products is prohibited in Estonia.
It’s produced in Estonia but the laws prohibit e-commerce of such products so I’m afraid your chances are slim. Might be worth writing to the distributor directly: info@nordista.eu
