Sono stato contattato da un reclutatore di Meta Zurigo, ho appena avuto un round informativo per la telefonata con il reclutatore che parteciperò alle interviste nelle prossime due settimane che vorrei sapere delle squadre lì l’orario di lavoro e la crescita della carriera della vita lavorativa e anche il tipo di domande / round che posso aspettarmi per la prima volta che ho lavorato per la prima volta a SH, mi chiedo che io sia attualmente a sda 2 anni. ed è stato una SDE 2 negli ultimi 1 anno e i dipendenti IK non possono rivelare l’esatta compensazione, ma è almeno vicino allo stipendio base qui menzionato per un ingegnere del software E4

Not working at Meta but given the experience it does not seem too far stretched
Employees can reveal their salary. (They might not want to but that’s another question.)
can‘t help with recruiting info, but 250k total comp with just 4 years of experience is insanely high and easily double what regulat software devs make outside of big tech in Zurich
Word on the street is that Meta is hiring like mad to catch up in AI.
It seems that Zuck finally got the memo that he fired too many many people. And, more importantly, wasted precious years on trying to make the metaverse work. Now desperatelly trying to me make up for last time adding zeroes to the salary.
It could be true, it could be not. But I would take it as directionally corrrect and do my due diligence to make sure it is legit. Again, if it is too good to be true…
PS It is the first time i hear about Meta have any kind of presence in Zurich. But considering Googl is partially head quartered here, it would sort of make sense. Again, grain of salt….
