With heatwaves I think AC must be near mandatory or at least installation without any approvals.

Might be dreary, wet and dark much of the year, but summer in Denmark is generally totally acceptable for human beings to be outside and catch a few rays of sunshine.
In a city in portugal the Max temp is 42 the minimum is 30. We are fine!

It was 39ºC here in Lisbon yesterday, and today and tomorrow it’s going to hit 42ºC 🫠
The highest temp I’ve experienced around here was 44ºC, back in 2018…
