Sono arrivato nei Paesi Bassi circa 6 mesi fa, quindi questo è tutto nuovo per me.
Sto affittando un appartamento da una compagnia abitativa. Ho notato alcune piccole crepe nel piano di lavoro quando l’ho preso per la prima volta. Erano molto piccoli ma ora con acqua e uso hanno iniziato a diventare molto più grandi.
Li ho contattati, hanno detto che non è la loro responsabilità e dovrei risolverlo poiché non è menzionato nel rapporto. In realtà, le immagini del rapporto non mostrano questo lato e sono state prese in condizioni quasi oscure che è tecnicamente impossibile vederle. Anche se prendo quelle immagini ora non le vedrai a causa dell’angolazione.
Penso che sia davvero fatto di materiale economico come la plastica su MDF o qualcosa del genere, ma non ne sono sicuro.
Cosa dovrei fare? Dovrei combattere questo? Dovrei trovare qualcuno che lo risolva? Qualcuno sa quanto costerebbe?

I think they will suddenly have an opinion about it once you leave your appartment. In fact, I think they do have a point if you don’t have anything to prove that it wasn’t there when you start renting it.
For a diy it’s easy and cheap to fix because this pattern of table tops is one of the cheapest option you can get at ikea. If you hire someone it quickly gets very expensive (like: 700-1000 euro or so)
I mean… You did make it worse, no?
But it’s pretty cheap to fix, like below 1k if you do everything yourself.
Don’t expect your landlord to just fix things for you for free.
