Original post got deleted because BBC article was too old…I was struggling to find a news website that was actually reporting on it. Finally found one…published 20 minutes ago.
Will really be interesting to see if the book is thrown at them…
I think we may all forget how ‘convenient’ footage of the event was released that looked favourably on the attackers and only when airport staff leaked the actual footage did the perpetrators get shown for what they really were.
They even got that charletan lawyer to represent them initially lol.
Hope the PCs made a full recovery.
I’ve said this repeatedly, unless we are all held equally accountable for our actions in this country there will only be mistrust and division.
Hold everyone equally accountable, if you don’t, as a nation you will need to spend enormous amounts to try and maintain social cohesion.
As a society we all need to accept that there are simple levels of acceptable behaviour.
If we do not do this we are in serious trouble as a society.

Why has this taken so long? they should have been found guilty and deported already!
I wonder why this takes so long, but other violent crimes that attract equal national coverage don’t
They’ll get a suspended sentence just you wait and see.
