Considering the amount of VPN users, I highly doubt that many people are going to be affected.

      Anyone know a cheap VPN.

I need my mods, and granny porn.

    3. You say “age verification”, I hear “data collection”.

Guess I “live” in Poland now.

This country gets more mental every day, I swear. Have politicians got nothing better to do than interfere everywhere they shouldn’t.

This will come to Reddit, and any other service that hosts 18+ content.

This is just gonna makes it easier for hackers to get peoples data . Don’t they know nexus already has been hacked in the past and personal data was leaked ? You start making people use ID to be able to download mods and oh look it got hacked and your ID has been gotten . It’s just dumb it’s not going to protect people it’s going to endanger peoples infomation

You all know this is because of all the titty mods right? Like government hasn’t made mods age verified they have made porn age verified and some of you have waaaaaaaay to much porn in your Skyrim hence mod sites requiring ages verification.

    8. Such a joke feom the government.

Nonce’s in the BBC and government – fine.

Digital tits – send the cavalry.

quite frankly the sheer number of boob mods i downloaded at age 15 could serve as a library workaround had i not formatted my old hard drive

Swearing is adult content? So I’d need to put my ID in to download a mod with bad words? What a joke

Why not just keep the default as it is and have an adult section that requires this?

Oh wait that would mean the data collection isn’t good enough to sell, sorry.

Why is this government so fucking oppressive when it comes to our online habits? I know that the Tories were awful and they introduced the Online Safety Bill, but as far as I know, even they didn’t try and monitor it’s own citizens as much as Starmer’s Labour are doing.

I’m 29, so it’s not going to effect me anyway, but that doesn’t change the fact that this is authoritarian as fuck, every single thing I hear about this Labour government, I hate them as much as the Tories and at least the Tories had 14 years of fuck ups to build up that hatred.

As someone who spends a lot of his time online, there is no website that I want to be on enough to give the government more information about me, they monitor us enough already without us helping them out.
