The money is rather good in the US, it’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
It’s not surprising. The regulatory enviroment and taxation in the countries dries all our successfully businesses away.
I’m guessing they hope to increase their share price by being part of the S+P from passive retail investors because retail won’t touch the FTSE with a barge pole.
