Mi sono svegliato oggi con la mia stanza letteralmente infestata piena di queste piccole cose. Devono essere entrati mentre la mia finestra era aperta di notte. Dovrei essere preoccupato o sono innocui?

Ignore my previous comment, do you have clearer pictures? Could be a termite.
A thrips.
They are common around fields where cereals are growing (but there are 7000 varieties, and not only cereals are the vector, other plants as well).
They will invade everything the moment they are disturbed: here, they will leave the cereal core to fly somewhere hot and dry.
At my place it started really today (a bit yesterday) and it usually invades for 2 weeks.
Lavande Aspic is a repellent.

There are harmless (I think), it’s just tickling and very annoying.
You will need a good session to vacuum everything when the invasion will be done.

They are coming from the grain fields. At the moment all the farmers are cutting the grain so these insects fly away.
pests is what they are. costed me 2 new monitors since they are so small they can somehow get inbetween the front panel and the main screen and then decide now is a good time to give up on life in the midle of the screen
