I would be interested to have the numbers before covid.

Because in my company we move from, before : “Working From Home? Never!!!” from both employers and employees, to “We have not enough desks for all of you : stay at home people !!” from employers and “Going to office four days a week is inhumane” from employees.

It also shows you the composition of the economy. Nordic countries and Netherlands have mostly transformed into knowledge economy while in Eastern European factories it isn’t really possible.

Suck it Finland, Netherlands #1. Also, whole Southern Europe can into Eastern Europe this time lol

Every office job should have at least one HO day per week, honestly. It’s so much better for personal life.

Yeah, in Bulgaria once covid measures were over, almost everyone os trying to force workers in the office barring the occasional day from home.

I’m in the minority in my country, lol. My role is needed 24/7/365 and cannot be done from home (although it should be technically possible). But I don’t mind my commute, cycling to the train station to catch an InterCity, buying a coffee, and sitting in first class for 20 minutes, and with a very short walk, I am at the office.

I dont know why I can do my interview, all the training on zoom but then have to come in 4 days a week.

Wouldnt it be cheaper for the company to let you work from home all the time? no brick and mortar building if its not needed. no more injured at work stuff.

I like being in the office from time to time but i also like the option of WFH you can enjoy life that little bit more, especially for those with kids, no commute.

Even thought a lot of people died, and there were a lot of problems from covid… I’m happy that it happened, otherwise I would never experience home working, for me personally, it’s the best thing ever! Fun fact, I was force to quit previous place of work because I refused to work from office when company force almost everyone to do it
