Attualmente sono un canadese che vive in Canada e sono negli ultimi passi per immigrare in Finlandia. There are some. Do keep in mind that it will not be that of an easy conversion. EU in general has a lot stricter regulation regarding any kind of rebuilds. You will need your work to conform to EU standards and Finnish local standards which are sometimes stricter and will be required to pass technical inspection. Not trying to discourage you, just letting you know what to look out for as this is a gotcha for many people from outside EU.
