I haven’t watched the video. But the title makes it seem like the Azeri oligarch is defending the interests of Azerbaijan as a whole, and not the elite of Azerbaijan which includes the president.
While Armenian oligarchs did the same. But the current Armenian government does not protect their rights to exploit and evade taxes.

They kept pushing for their country’s interest, and they are not even Azeri citizens, unlike our oligarchs. Who are in some cases Armenian dual citizens and call for the overthrow of the democratically elected government in Armenia.
– Two pieces of insider information revealed. New military agreement for technical cooperation (aka sales and training) with a third country is in the world, and per Stepan (I didn’t find anything online to back this) one of the component suppliers for the JF-17 C Block III that Azerbaijan wants to get from Pakistan, blocked the sale, because of Azerbaijan’s aggressive stance. The JF-17 is sold as a Sino-Pakistani product, however the engines so far are Russian (the same as in the MiG-35), the ejection seats are British (used in a lot of jets), and the AESA radar is Italian (I think the same as in the Eurofighter). He said that the country did the block without Armenia’s request, and it’s an important component manufacturer. I am assuming it might be Italy, although they did sell a transport aircraft to Azeris, but didn’t sell a light training jet that can be used in combat too. It could be some other party that we don’t know about, like maybe some obscure chip that they use in the jet.
