Open windows are very hazardous to your health in Russia. Must be one of the leading causes of death among middle aged men in positions of power.
Lol this reminds me of Pratchett when he was writing about the fact that there were absolutely no murders but a lot of suicides. like… going to a Dwarf pub and saying something bad about dwarfs and then getting killed was not considered a murder but a suicide and everyone was OK with it as it was not even prosecuted.
