It looks like dirt to me.
looks like dirt. Could be a desk was there and someone was constantly rubbing feet against the wall leaving traces.
Are you sure there was a bed before? This appearance is pretty common under desks where feet touch the wall

Looks like dirt left by possibly pillows being pressed to the wall for extended periods of time, if that spot used to be occupied by a couch or a bed. If it’s mold, it should feel fresher and moister than the rest of the wall. This will probably feel the exact same temperature as the white parts of the wall, so it’s probably just accumulated dirt. A spray paint that can be bought in obi will solve the issue in minutes.
I also put my money on dirt. This is what places look like where a dog has lain or leant against the wall. Does the wall feel very smooth (slightly greasy) there?
I had this too behind my bed, its dirt and muck rubbed probably from the pillow on the wall.
It’s just dirty and this is raufaser Tapete that means it has those little nubs
thats just normal dirt from touching the walls
it‘s grease from somebody‘s head that rested against the wall
