A very Francophile, the Indonesian head of state will arrive with approximately 450 soldiers, who will parade down Paris’s famous Champs-Élysées avenue. Following Emmanuel Macron’s visit to Indonesia in May, this will be a new opportunity for Jakarta and Paris to strengthen the already very close bilateral relations between the two countries.

>Other contracts could be signed on July 14th, or even come into force, such as the one for Naval Group’s two Scorpène submarines. KNDS France could also finalize a new sale of Caesar self-propelled guns (up to 36 additional systems), while Naval Group could sign an order for frigates.
