      I do wonder about these trials. Staff will obviously want it, and if you know you’re part or a trial would you try harder at work during the trial in the hope it becomes a permanent thing?

      Everyone wants to work less, no one wants to consume less. It’s good for you if you can be paid the same for doing less, if everyone worked less for the same pay then we’d just have inflation cover the difference.

      Of course this wouldn’t be true if there was a consistent 25% improvement in productivity. But most studies are done by people already favourable to idea and not long term enough.

    3. All the data shows it works but the Boomer CEOs will never let it happen because “I worked 5 days a week for 40 years, so you should to”

    4. How can this be? Our MD told us that “all” studies showed that the 4 day week doesn’t work
