Enforce the bastard laws
Raise the legal limit obviously. It will drastically cut down on crimes committed.
There are grounds like this where a full and permanent driving ban and complete disqualification is warranted. 5 years is a joke.
Also if we aren’t going to put people in jail, how about at least issuing sufficient community service orders. It’s ludicrous that someone walks away from something significant like that without anything other than a technical sanction and a suspended sentence.
Ban him again…great idea as that worked so well the first time.
