Thoughtless, selfish idiots. Whatever happened to the principle of “leave no trace”?
That video is quite eye-opening, dozens of stacks made by taking stones from the old walls! They could put that energy into litter picking or something useful for their social credit, instead they wreck the place.
This guy is an attention seeking idiot, there is farmland all around mamtor that creates monocultures that destroy all the local wildlife, not to mention a giant quarry directly across that is literally eating the earth and destroying everything in its wake.
But don’t worry about those because they make money, no target a tiny stack of rocks in a place that people enjoy.
Oh well, I guess he got his attention.
