Non ho assolutamente alcun contesto su questo. Da quello che ho raccolto è un autista di autobus che discute con questo bambino. La cosa che mi ha fatto incazzare è il fatto che questo ragazzo ha afferrato il bambino e ha proceduto a spruzzarlo, perché il bambino ha schiaffeggiato il braccio? Anche se il bambino è stato quello che ha causato problemi, il ragazzo ha peggiorato le cose iniziando il primo contatto.

IMO things need to get very escalated before someone can warrant the use of pepper spray – and that was definitely not at that level. Bus driver also initiated physical contact (with a minor), which he shouldn’t have. Bus driver had every opportunity to walk away, but didn’t.

Doesnt matter what the reasoning behind this was. You do not assault a child like that. I don’t care if this kid was taking a piss inside the bus. You do not lay your hands and assault a kid like that. Attacking somebody with bear spray, especially when there is no physical confrontation from the kid, is considered assault and should be treated as such.
The only thing the kid did was remove the guy’s hand from him when he got grabbed. He made no move to go and assault him; there is no excuse to use such a measure on a kid. Bear Mace is genuinely dangerous, and if that kid had an allergic reaction to that, he could have suffered even worse than this. I hope the kid and his parents sue the bus driver and the municipality for assault, and he gets charged.
Old man wanted to use the spray from the beginning. Disgraceful. Where is the police? In the fields looking for action?
My brother and his friend were walking thru Limassol one night after too much to drink, not causing harm just a little drunk, a bouncer from one of the clubs pepper sprayed them and beat them with a club. Reported it to the Police nothing happened to the bouncer.
