Yes. It says you didn’t have a parking disc in your car.

Infringement No. 7: You didn’t place your parking disc.

You apparently violated their terms and conditions by not displaying a parking disc in your window and they are asking you to pay 29,90€. But you probably know that already by using a translator. Not much to add here though.

  4. I have a Feeling that this is from a Supermarket parking Lot, some started to do this a while ago. Force you to have a parking clock (???).

Yes, you should have placed a parking disc behind the windshield. There were probably a dozen signs with instructions on this parking lot.
It is a parking ticket from a private parking management company.

Yes on both counts. Looks like you parked somewhere without displaying a parking disc. They want to you transfer 29,90€ to the IBAN listed on the payment form. Make sure you include the “Vorgangsnummer xxxxxxx” in the text field, so that they know the payment is from you for this particular fine.

Since this is a private company, you should pay promptly, I would guess that they would sent to a debt collection agency in a couple of months.

well, you parked on private property, where the owner established a “Parkscheibenpflicht”, probably to prevent long time parking.

    A “Parkscheibe” looks like this:

    [https://www.bussgeldkataloge.de/wp-content/uploads/parkscheibe-stellen.jpg.webp](https://www.bussgeldkataloge.de/wp-content/uploads/parkscheibe-stellen.jpg.webp)

You can buy them in a lot of places, often times gas station or for cheaper options DIY markets sell them to.

If you have to use “Parkscheibe” you set it to the closest half hour, that will follow. For public ground there is a additional sign below the P sign, that looks like the Parkscheibe). On private ground there is also usually a sign that either has the symbol and often times some additional informations.

Oh and yes, you have to pay.

Google translator could’ve helped you in a millisecond.

That’s the f…ing parking mafia but unfortunately it’s legit.

My wife had the same problem at Rewe. But she contacted the company with a copy of the shopping receipt at the time and they cancelled the fine.

As others have said: Yes. It is legit. You should pay the fine.

However: I can speak for all inhabitants that we hate this business with a passion. It is common on supermarket parking lots in inner cities (with few public parking spaces). Personally, I have never frequented a business again where I was fined that way.

Just send them a mail and admit that you forgot to place the parking disc. They will void the ticket 90% of the time if it is your first violation. If you need help with wording the mail just dm me.

Pay the fine, be happy they didn’t tow you as you probably forgot your parking disc or stayed there too long, most supermarket parking lots only allow you to stay there for 3 hours (and yes, they can tow you as even though the parking lot is publicly accessible, it is still private property, meaning they make the rules as to what goes and what doesn’t)

Why is the “Vorgangsnummer” censored below but not above?

  15. Puzzleheaded_Bad_902 on

If u bought somerhing from the Store that owens the parking lot an you still have the recepe you can mail it to the Company normaly its just a 5€ Fine than

  16. dont pay, call them, explain the situation, they ususally „drop charges“ if this was your first time.
