A volte immagino che Tbilisi sarebbe il paradiso dei trasporti pubblici se fosse preso bene, l’intera città è un luogo perfetto per produrre autobus, metros, tram, autobus per acqua, funivie pubbliche. Perffect City per avere tutti i tipi di trasporti pubblici per il suo terreno

Theoretically maybe, but I can easily see one thing becoming a problem: as they start to excavate to build new metro tunnels, they would probably be slowed down by an unimaginable wealth of archeological discoveries and sites that MUST be carefully handled, documented, moved, stored, etc.
I am just going by what I saw with the Marmaray and other construction in Istanbul. Ancient city issues.
The only reason Tbilisi has any metro is because the Soviet Union built it. Unless China does it there will be no new line
