Sounds like they are either a bunch of crooks or utterly incompetent, neither of which is a good recommendation to have an account with them.

How? When I had an account with them it took me ages to get through thier KYC stuff to prove I was an actual person.
Thier app is top tier especially the pots stuff, but that’s not enough of reason to stay with with them, especially given how poor thier customer service is.
