The need these all around Killinarden. Some of the roads around there might as well be a dump.
If it’s taken the council staff this long to get a “trial” going (note they haven’t actually gotten it going yet) imagine how long it will take them to roll it out across the city if it is successful. Sure it’ll probably take them 3 years to decide if it is successful or not.
In the meantime, the scum will continue dumping all their household waste all over the city with impunity, laughing away at the expensive advertising campaigns the council waste their money on.
A lot of things at local authority level move glacially slow from experience, particularly if it’s being coordinated between different sections.
