Why did Senator Lynn Ruane write a letter of support for this man to the courts?? That was fairly glossed over in the article. A litany of previous, convictions, killing a woman and leaving a vehicular murder scene. And this Senator decides to write a letter of support with no reason given. What are we not being told here?
