It’s a tabloid. Only the most delusional morons read it. It’s full of misinformation. However, it might at least reach Trump’s base. The story, whether true or not, could provoke a reaction from a few of them. Granted, it takes them two seconds to move from one controversy to the next. I wouldn’t get my hopes up with this one.

There’s been a turn, you can feel it. Renewed weapons shipments etc. it’s caused by Putin’s ratcheting up terror, and it appears to be finally dawning on Trump and co.
