È fantastico che in Finlandia nei servizi digitali sia possibile gestire la maggior parte delle cose, ma perché non può esserci un servizio in cui si può fare tutto (almeno in materia di salute, ecc.)?

Because these are different services altogether. I have Nordnet, Degiro, S-pankki, Danske Bank and Mobilepay. It’s the same with this.
Kanta is the national health registry. This can be thought of as mostly one way service (display data). It’s run centrally.
Hyvis is the service by your health district. This is a two way service where you can contact and be contacted etc.
Omaolo is a service to get guidance on different symptoms etc and is also different depending on where you live. It is run centrally but health districts can produce their own services there too.
Then there is terveyskylä too which is sort of a wiki.
Need to justify obscene government spending.
