      I know we have some Ukrainian people in western Michigan but as of yet no restaurant. Fingers crossed that it will happen. I miss good borscht. I know I can make it, but somehow it just tastes better when made by someone who has been making it much of their life.

      I am not a soft drink fan because they taste too sweet for my liking. Kvas on the other hand is quite nice. It has sweetness but the overall taste of malt is still dominating.

      Awesome! IMO, it should be spelled borshch, there is no t. Does it have t in the menu?

      Can this zrazy thing, whatever this is, be nicknamed “crazy zrazy?”

      Also, does any part of this café’s profit get donated towards the war effort?
